We strive to be truthful and transparent about our business, with the goal of leaving no ambiguity about who we are, where we are and where we want to go. Working at a young company is not for everyone. We have certainly had our share of challenges but it is because of our committed team members and our willingness to push through together we have come out stronger and ready for the road ahead. As a result, we have invested in tools to enable us to focus on each employee’s career development and encourage their personal growth. As a young company we have a relatively new leadership team that is encouraged to lead the daily operations of the company and drive cultural change. We understand this is an evolving process that may not move fast enough for everyone and appreciate those employees that have helped us get to where we are today including almost 40 new team members that have joined us so far this year.
