Trying To Decide What They Will Be

Pros

The culture, if embraced by the employees is great. Work from home encouraged.

Cons

Two years ago a large amount of employees from another company were brought into the company. This has wreaked havoc on the culture and direction of the company. Only a few original employees remain. The systems built have been discarded and there is much encouragement for the new employees while those who built the business have been discarded. Sad to see new leadership lean toward using only talent from the new group of people. They need to decide what to focus on.

Pros

I was given the latitude and hands-off management style that I need in order to be successful.

Cons

As a young system architect any support to asked for was met with negativity and the proverbial eye roll. Because of the duress that my “mentor” created for me I left the organization. It was so profound that despite waiting for a $5K referral bonus for a C-Suite level employee I brought on board, I had to leave before receiving this payout.

I am sorry this was your experience. Enavate is an organization with both very experienced team members that have many years’ experience as well as junior team members that are being mentored to expand their skills and knowledge. Any situation of duress is not acceptable. I wish this was brought to my attention when it initially occurred so I could have addressed this. Enavate continues to grow at a very rapid pace and a successful academy / junior team member program will be key to our future success. Again, I am very sorry this was your experience and I wish you good luck on all our future endeavors.
