      Senior management penny-pinches and a decent raise unheard of, they lowball you on salary and try to say it's because of their "great benefits." But, benefits are average at best. Management also micromanages and are very out of touch, a leadership vacuum. In addition, HR is useless and can't be trusted as the head is on the board, but most importantly they just can't get anything done. There is also a high turnover and the company is heavy on corporate crap as well as interdepartmental politics, they play favorites all the time. In my opinion, they've all been there too long and are static in their thinking and operating - the place needs a restructure.

      We are with you... the turnover in our industry is much higher than any of us want. We are starting to see a change in the trend which is surely welcomed. Epstein has invested a lot in new technology platforms over the past three years to improve our workflow. We hope that it will improve efficiencies as our staff master the new programs.

      Great work/life balance. Summer Fridays year round. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management who appears completely unqualified in matters architecture related makes even the most nit-picky decisions, such as toilet paper ply. Overall the company only cares about the bottom line. Employee turnover is incredibly high because their is very little room for growth or development.
