-Management was generally supportive, accessible, and responsive -Access to tons of clinical resources, journal articles, etc. -Company app for data collection made sessions more fluent and organized -Management provided detailed feedback on a regular basis -Collaborative environment -Employed evidence-based interventions -Flexible scheduling based on joint practitioner and family preferences

Cons

-Strict billable hours requirements fostered the mindset of prioritizing profits over best clinical outcomes for clients -Behavior therapists received no compensation during the majority of training hours, no PTO, inconsistent hours, and very few qualified for the "full time" status which made them eligible for health benefits -In spite of being an ABA therapy provider, the board did not appear to meaningfully employ ABA principles to motivate and reinforce staff -Often worked more than 40 hours per week, most evenings during the week, and some weekends

The hours, working around kids school schedule is tough. No pay if the clients cancel and no paid time off.
