Pros

-The clients! Working with the clients and families was incredibly rewarding -Most of the staff are nice to work with and helpful

Cons

-Communication deficits on every level (management to staff, within teams, training, etc.) -Lack of supervision; if you're a graduate student, do NOT agree to the supervision contract. You will lose 1-2hrs/week of pay while getting supervision and have to pay $1,000 to the company if you don't remain for a year following the last day of supervision. That $1,000 is due even if the company doesn't meet their side of the supervision requirements and there is a caveat in the contract that if you want to get legal advice/argue the contact that you have to pay for the company's legal support. All of this on top of the fact that the supervision is NOT comprehensive nor is it organized -Lack of hours
