From the top down, the key to our orginization is our commitment to not only providing great experiences for our students, but to our educators and stakeholders as well. Because reflection is one of our core values, we’re always looking for ways to ensure our educators have equal access to growth and development opportunities and that is inclusive of our leaders. We strive to provide an environment where educators feel they’re valued, treated fairly, respected and prepared to lead our school community in meaningful, thoughtful and equitable ways. You have raised some very crucial points and points we are constantly reflecting on and attempting to improve. We want to always set high expectations for students, teachers and leaders throughout the network; and through shared understandings of restorative justice and anti-racist practices is how we hope to not only get there but excel. Our leaders are often engaging in professional development, external academic and practical training to improve their practices. The feedback you have provided definitely helps us to operate in humility, reflection and courage to do and be better in how we embody everything we stand on for our students, families, our communities and for each other.
