Cons

Often times management is able to cross lines, boundaries, or micromanage. When trying to address the issue, there isn't much of a solution.

In order to resolve this issue, The People Team is currently working to hire more Operations Associates and Operations Managers to assist with the daily functioning of our Scholars Academies.
