-Underpaid with very few (if any) perks, i.e. no work from home days, most holidays are days you are required to work
-Very little control over your own role, i.e your role can change without your say
-Lack of consistency, EXTREMELY high staff turn over rate
-Inexperienced leaders, leads to unprofessionalism, pettiness, and immaturity from upper management/school leaders.
-Wants to be a data driven network but doesn't take into consideration the input of the data experts
-Lack of transparency between school to school and between leaders and their staff
-Lack of structure/vision leads to unavoidable late nights and weekend work.
-Racial equity is very important for lower level staff but doesn't appear to be prioritized to the senior leaders/school leaders
