The bank has a strong commitment to serving diverse communities and fostering cross-border business, which aligns well with my own values and interests. I’ve been fortunate to take on new responsibilities over time, including a recent promotion. The company supports internal mobility and encourages employees to broaden their skill sets. Working here has given me real insight into small business lending, commercial credit, and international finance. It’s a good place to gain well-rounded experience.

Cons

North Cal and South Cal has a different schedule on the Saturday. Hopefully they can make same.

Insurance, PTO, and holidays are the only perks with this company.

Cons

Overworked like a dog, no appreciation, low pay, no teamwork or accountability. The work environment is terrible and low morale. Hard to request time off. Feels like going back to high school all over again.
