great non management co-workers, good 401K match.

Cons

The company is changing. I have been here for 15+ years, i don't feel we are a family anymore. it's just another 9-5 job. The company is trying to act like a bigger bank, but manages it like a small bank. Identity Crisis in full swing.

good coworker relationship. The work is not stressful. supervisor is very nice. work place is nice. vacation time is sufficient.

Cons

very high turnover rate. The company can't keep people around. After two year leaving the bank. i went back and couldn't find many familiar faces around.
