      Pros

      Great people to work with who are very dedicated and want to do a great job. Been here for 11 years but not sure how much longer

      Cons

      Very low pay; managment does not care about the employee; no clue what is happening, management never knows anything about what is happening in this company, very amazing on the lack of communication. I think they are slowly dying due to lots of lost business.

      Pros

      Lenient with requesting off. Nice crew members who I enjoyed working with. Relatively simple but physically demanding job. Nice warehouse manager.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for amount of work that needed to be completed in a short period of time. Originally hired on a per job completion basis. Meaning you would get paid a set amount of money to do an order, giving incentive to finish quickly and precisely to complete another truck order. This was changed within a few weeks of working here to a flat hourly rate(10.00/hr). We were making roughly 15 per hour before this change took effect. This removed any incentive for employees to finish orders quickly as we would get sent home after finishing everything therefore losing even more money.

      Pros

      Slightly above average pay at $12 an hour.

      Cons

      Hot work environment. VERY hard work. NO lunch break. Very few breaks at all. Have to stay until all trucks are done.
