a free garish orange t shirt that will be filthy after one day and the dirt will not come out,and "its a job"

Cons

goal is to hurry up and knock out loaded railcars full of fruit and vegetables. supposedly this will increase hourly wage. But, after lifting 100 lb bags of potatoes the first hour you may be too worn out to finish a rail car in less than 6 hours. and then when the next train comes in get ready for a grueling ordeal
