Coworkers are all mission-driven and passionate about helping participants. Lots of professional development opportunities available. Leadership are experts in the field and are very supportive. Staff gets along well, and really care about what they do.

I have worked for Eden II Little Miracles Preschool for 6+ years. Although the main reason for my time at Eden is due to the love and passion that I have for these students and teaching, another large part of the reason I STILL work here is credited to the staff and administration. I have met a lot of amazing and dedicated educators/future educators. The relationships and communication we are able to have with the parents of the students is great. The staff is recognized and rewarded with meals, teacher appreciation gifts and staff parties throughout the year. Supplies are ordered when needed. The students are treated very well. The director and supervisors are understanding and accommodating when staff are in need.
