Pros are the participants and learning how to work with them. You teach yourself because no one else knows what to do.
Cons
Everything including the higher ups. They need to be investigated without knowledge that they are being investigated. The fraud going on in this place is to the max, let’s not even get into the insurance fraud at this place. You have no sick time, no breaks, no job security, no where to move up, and let’s no forget the childish behavior from the people you would go to for all the answers. They are always asking for money from parents, I wish the parents knew where they were sending their children. Terrible school with not one good intention for these kids. All they know is donate to us and pay for our teachers so we don’t have to. Sick school.
