Great product but bad culture

Pros

Always exciting to learn and brainstorm how to improve the main product with the team. Everyone always try their best. There's a lot to do so it's never boring. We get a Pod to use ourselves and that's a plus.

Cons

Bad management and culture. Management has no clue how to run the company. Spent lots of $ on marketing but less on employees well being. The CEO frequently uses startup culture as an excuse to push employees beyond their limits. Employees are punished (management cuss/yell in group meetings) for missing deadlines if tasks aren't completed quickly enough. However, if the work is done quickly but the quality suffers, they are punished as well.

Free Pod and my former coworkers (not leadership)

Cons

The worst leadership I've ever experienced. They thrive on screaming in meetings and making you cry. Employees are smart and hardworking, but leadership couldn't care less about you, even though they say "we're a family." No HR (unless that changed), but it wouldn't matter. Glad I left on my own, but so much trauma bonding between all former employees - and you can see the turnover rate is high.
