Pros

Pay and benefits are at current market rates

Cons

Senior leadership inconsistent in behavior due to politically charged environment and personal agendas. People offen treated like dirt - environment rewards results at any cost - typically leaving "bodies" along the way.

Pros

Love my teammates and will miss them the most when I leave.

Cons

There is constant retaliation going on with management and will block you when you try to move up within the company. I've been in the top 5% of sales reps and they keep raising your quota and changing compensation plan so you can't make any money. HR and the ethics committee do nothing but protect Elavon and they know about all of the unethical things going on. Then they will make your life hell afterwards. The add on annual fees to customers which is not disclosed to them. They do nothing to try to retain customers and send out equipment programmed wrong all the time. It is not a healthy environment to work in and they lose reps constantly. If you like to be micro managed and constantly criticized, then you will be happy here. I have 6 people on my team looking for new jobs out of 9. Also, you pay all expenses out of your own pocket. Including hotels and airline tickets with no reimbursement.

Horrible company

Pros

The people--except managers, the dress code is casual

Cons

Managers treat employees like they are worthless, they are demeaning and disrespectful. Policies are not consistently followed. Your assigned schedule is constantly changing...managers will keep you as long as they want or cut you halfway through the day. You're not guaranteed a 40-hour week
