      Stable, good work life balance.

      Cons

      Leadership has no sense of industry and customers. They are more interested in pleasing their parent in Minneapolis than succeeding with clients or customers.

      Pros

      The people! Regardless of Executive/Senior Leadership decisions or direction, the people still care about the customers they serve and the colleagues they work beside.

      Cons

      There's great innovation, with NO delivery. Every year you will get excited about new products or services, but they will not be available for another year (maybe).

      Pros

      Elavon has great people working in the organization. I have had 4 different managers with varying styles but all of them were more than easy to work with. Top level executive management is from the UK, so they speak and waive in passing. If you happen to work remotely, then you're just dealing mainly with your one director. Mine is great.

      Cons

      Elavon needs a more definite approach to the market. Are we going to be heavy on service or a low-cost option. Also, Elavon needs better branding. We're too big and too good for people to not know who we are and know smaller companies.
