Pros

Peer recognition program Paid holidays are second to none, day after thanksgiving, two weeks for Christmas through New Years. Pay was very competitive.

Cons

As you'll read in many other reviews, there is a TON of narcissism and cronyism running wild in middle to upper management. They are always in rush mode, and they will burn you out, if you let them.

Cons

Stuck in older technologies Lots of Human Resource activities to do that interfere with work like quarterly goals Lots of good experience has left, leaving inexperienced people to figure things out all over again

Pros

Umm, I guess the Christmas party. The pay can be good for people just starting out. The industry needs help so during your honeymoon phase in the company you will feel passion for your job and all these faux altruistic motivations. But then you will crash.

Cons

This company is a mess. All the things people are saying are true. The nepotism, the fancy titles, the incompetent leaders, all of it is horrifically true. You will want to throw up working here. I mean it's not all bad, but the 75% that's bad, is bad!!!! I came to a conclusion that companies like this exist because the United States' political system is so screwed up that companies like this will keep on existing.
