Dear Consultant, We follow calendar year ( January-December) for performance review and salary increments for all employees including project trainee and management trainee. All Employees including project trainee and management trainee who have completed 6 months or more service at AST in the calendar year are eligible for salary increment based on their performance review feedback received from reproving manager and project managers. For Project trainee, AST conducts more than three months well-designed training plan for technical, functional and soft skills with significant investment with internal and external training programs. Encourages and supports for professional certifications in Oracle, MuleSoft, AWS, Dell Boomi and so on. All per-approved certification fees are reimbursed on successful attempt. All project trainee and management trainee are trained on project management tools, QA, process compliance and governance, user training and project documentation work.
