Team work, good projects, easy access to top management, supportive colleagues. My experience right from interviews till date has been great. Every step of the process has been very well defined and done in a professional manner. One of the major aspects for me while changing the employer during these uncertain times was H1 transfer and to my surprise the entire process was so smooth and flawless. I was updated during each and every step, immigration team was always available and responsive. Even before initiating the visa transfer, Immigration specialist spoke to me in detail and provided all the possible options (honest opinion) on how my H1 transfer will be done, this put my mind at ease and I was sure that was visa will be approved but not within a weeks time :-)
