Pros
Competitive salary, good health package and great people. I have been fortunate enough to work for this company for 4 years now. Even though there have been a lot of changes over that time period, there are so many great people striving to make this company successful. I feel I am treated fairly and have a lot of respect for my team members and management. We have weekly meetings where we can discuss and address any questions or ideas we may have. I feel my managers care about our success and always have an open door for us to speak with them about anything that's going on at work or in our lives.
Cons
Any company you work for has a certain amount of change. If you cannot adapt to change and communicate your ideas and feedback effectively then this may not be the company for you.
