There has never been a better time to join Axcient than 2022! The products are based on cutting edge tech, leadership seems to be listening and steering the ship in the right direction, and no jerks on the teams! This is a real review, no one asked me to do this. Just love my job... Pros: -set up to succeed with remote talent -experienced leadership -top pay and attainable bonus goals -a ton of transparency -real, honest to goodness team work and cross functional support - getting the disparate products branded, streamlined and straight -product just works -innovating and not relying on tired legacy tech -respectful dialog between coworkers -every other Friday off and unlimited PTO -man, there are smart people at this company

Cons

-remotely getting to know people requires comfort with teleconferencing, it is tough sometimes although many folks are pretty responsive on Slack -you gotta be proactive. This ain't the place for people to sit around and wait for someone to dictate how you should fill your time -could really use some uniformity in the tools used. Especially for communication and project management and visibility
