GATR is a very fun place to work. There is hardly ever any down time (always busy, never bored), and there is always something new to learn. Awesome, innovative product line, with even more innovation in the works for new and updated products. Great people to work with and work for. Management has undergone major reorganization in the last few weeks, and I believe things are definitely going in the right direction. Communication is noticeably better, although there is always room for improvement.
