Pros

Plenty of resources to do good work and develop yourself professionally. I have a lot of time and space to manage my projects and I work independently and collaboratively with my team. The company is always showing appreciation for how hard the teams work!

Cons

Some internal politics in management affect the work environment at times.

Pros

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
