Needs more transparency - Systems Administrator Cubic Employee Review

Love the work and the people

Like most organizations their is a lot going on and it requires a lot of communication across teams.

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
