1. slow week or two once in a while 2. good co-workers

Cons

1. System and softwares are ALWAYS broken 2. unnecessary changes all the time 3. they don't care about you-employees are just a number for them 4. pay rates are so bad and the extended health benefits don't cover much 5. Upper management is very biased, every promotion they give is not because of your skills or qualifications its just because They like you or not personally.

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
