Pros

Worked on some of the leading technology in defense industry. Great employees to work with. Talented team of software engineers.

Cons

Company seems to be looking to get any project possible, even below cost in some cases. I guess they have to do it to stay afloat. In my opinion the program directors and managers, and some project managers are not as good as I was expecting. Running out of charge number before program ends was a recurring theme.

Pros

Literally nothing positive to say. Culture in the plant has gone way backward in my time with Cubic. Seems to be driven by lack of leadership in upper management and the relentless abuse of workers in getting parts shipped, while never addressing root issues.

Cons

Lack of any consistency is in vision and purpose from management. This starts at the plant level.
