      Pros

      The people are awesome, the opportunities are great. Working for a large and well respected company has many benefits.

      Cons

      Management tends to micromanage every little thing, there is not a lot of freedom. It's an older company, more worried about how well they are doing and not how the employees are doing.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
