Management are too far removed from Europe and have not taken the time to understand the complexities of running an international organization. From hiring practices, inclusivity, to equality in the workplace. There is no regard for the people who work there, most especially in sales. All they care about it that you hit your quota and keep your head down if you can do that then this is the place for you. If you don't hit your quota prepare to be compared to your colleagues or worse yet handed a performance improvement plan that initiates your exit. All of which poorly handled without any empathy or regard for you as a human being. Multiple waves of sales reps have come and gone and no, it's not because they wanted to leave or it's 'natural' churn as they like to present it to the rest of the employees. It's because things did not change. If you want to hear the real truth just message any of the old sales reps who used to work there. They'll tell you, this place is the definition of a toxic workplace.
