Pros

For an engineer who wants to be exposed to myriad of cutting edge technologies and be in a constant state of learning this is the perfect place for you. You are inspired to build top-notch software and to push yourself in all aspects of software development. FullStack is ready to utilize all the skills you have to offer and is not afraid to delegate work whenever needed. If you have a desire to learn another framework or language, you have the full support of FullStack and Senior Engineers if you have questions or want to work on a project that utilizes them. Just because you came with the knowledge of a specific stack doesn't mean you'll be forever tied to it. Work from home two days a week is definitely bonus. In addition, you have direct access to top management whenever there are unexpected turns in life, you don’t have to go through layers of departments and policies. FullStack is constantly improving their policies and benefits for the changing environment. And diversity of projects means you have a chance to work on something different every time and grow your knowledge base. All other employees in the company are friendly and always ready to help or share their technical knowledge. The communication channels are robust and always active.

Pros

FullStack is constantly moving in order to offer our customers the necessary services that they are looking for in the fast-paced environment. Leadership has been deliberate about pivoting toward AI-driven service offerings, which puts the company in a strong position as client demand shifts away from traditional staff augmentation toward higher-value, tech-enabled delivery models. There's a clear sense that the business is evolving rather than standing still, and the investment in AI capabilities feels forward-looking rather than reactive. The nearshore delivery model combined with the AI offering gives the company a differentiated position in the IT services space. It's not always easy as fast growth means priorities shift and things move before all the dust settles but for people who want to be part of a company actively redefining its value proposition, it's an engaging place to work. Comp is strong and benefits are solid.

Cons

-Shifting priorities can run ahead of communication across the teams who are implementing the new structure -Have to wear multiple caps as anything can be improved

Pros

- Company knows the importance of AI and is willing to give it as a tool to help their workforce - Flexible with time tracking. You have to track your time but the time of day you do your work is very flexible depending on the project you're working on.

Cons

- No equipment. Would be nice if there was some kind of leasing of laptops. - Salary is a bit below the average but depending on your country it's still very attractive. - You might get unlucky if you get to work with some delivery managers there that are too strict with "following processes". They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.
