Free lunch, but repetitive menu and yes the black bean burger.
Cons
Insufficient parking and a long walk to the building. IT is in the basement underground and in dire need of repairs. For the longest time the atrium was leaking water and you could see buckets lined up. The bathroom is gross and looks like it's 50 years old often backing up. Tenured employees are shifting around from one reorg to another and lower level staff if they're lucky get to systems analyst position and that's the ceiling unless you're close to someone that's in a position to help you get promoted. The hard working people are entry level programmers and yes the company hires a bunch of interns to pick up the slack. About 70% are contractors. Office politics run a muck at this place.
