Have lunch available, people are nice to work with

Cons

Contractors have to pay $5 a day for lunch-even if they don't eat Management only keeps favorites and keeps under performing with the expectation that others will pick up the slack Leadership doesn't keep focused on what they want and keep changing the priority

remote work. minimal micro management. barely any meetings.

Cons

Tech could be better. it was all good until Guideone was acquired by The Mutual Group. said everything will be A OK. solicited alot of feedback from Employees, then forced employees to say that it's a certified great place to work. Then layoffs happened. more will probably come. uncertain future
