Pros
Great Co-workers Good job for high school & college students Flexible hours. Truly believe that costumers get exceptional service. You are offered the chance to take the tax classes they provide helping you get higher up within the company.
Cons
Upper management started to micromanage. Forced to make so many calls to clients it starts to feel like we are harassing them and most don'e like it. A lot of clients leave dissatisfied because of pricing and the office gets heat because of the client loss. I was hired early on but yet was not notified of training until two days beforehand. Training was more about how I should act with a customer and less about office duties and the program we use.
