Onside facilities (gym and canteen)

Cons

Everything else. I have never felt so mistreated or undervalued than I did when I worked here. The management team treat you like a number and toilet breaks and monitored to the point that a manager would be at your desk waiting for you when you returned to ask why you have been in comfort break for 4 minutes.

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
