Pros

is a great experience working for this company. I been working here for 2 years and never had a problem. When needed my schedule to be changed I always had the flexibility to have it changed a few times due to my personal needs. Even though they have a rule that a schedule change is only permitted once per year. The only reason I am leaving the company is because I changed to Night Shift . I had a great schedule, but to personal reasons I had to change it to nights. It is very hard to work the night schedule when you take care of someone during the day. If you think that because you move to nights and go to school during the day and take care of a family member during the day, working nights might make it easier. Nope, big mistake. Don’t mess up the schedule you have because they are lenient with you. They work with you and they tell you very clearly if this si what you want because you will not be able to change until after 12 months of that request. They do make it pretty clear. I was upset because they wouldn’t move me back to days I put in my resignation and said I was quitting thinking that they would retain me. I asked for an opportunity to be moved back to days or evening at this point anything would of been better than working nights for me. But, no they instead asked me for my resignation. I was upset because they did not try to retain me. I couldn’t understand. It is our responsibility to pay attention and understand what is offered to us and how their regulations work. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad place to work at. We put our selves in that position. We need to value what we have and thank god for providing a job like this one. I definitely would refer anyone to come work for this company. This is a great company that gives you the opportunity to lean as much as you want to learn. Appreciate the schedule you get to work and analyze your situation very well before you make the same mistake I made. I am losing my job for being dumb, stubborn, and unappreciative. God blessed me with a great opportunity to grow with this company and I messed it up. I was so upset that when they told me that they could not change my schedule I was more than welcome to reapply. My answer was so stupid that I said, “ I rather reapply some where else rather than starting all over from the bottom.” I should of never said that. I would reapply over and over again, but I blew my chances. This company has all the support you need. When I first began I saw all the negative reviews from others and I was a bit discouraged. Don’t get discouraged by those negative reviews. Be grateful you got the opportunity to work here and if you are working here appreciate everything. Including when you begin and are being coached for the first 90 days. Yea, you will hear a lot of negative stuff that you are doing wrong , but they also monitor you for that long to make sure you are learning. Don’t get upset and take it as a negative thing. I did at first and I was about to give up, but you know what they also give you positive reviews. They have to tell you the good and the bad only so you can learn from your mistakes. That’s not a bad thing. It’s great and it’s great because it pushes yourself to try harder. I am not ashamed to say I really messed up a great opportunity I had working for this company. The benefits aren’t so great with the health insurance, but they have a 401 k plan plus life insurance. Those are still pretty good benefits. They also offer dental and vision. I wish I never reacted the way I did and should of stayed quiet when they said that I could rápalo if I quit. I feel I messed up my opportunity to work here again. So think twice before you speak, because remember they do work with you in a situation of desperate need. God bless this company for having so much to offer. I blew my chances of ever becoming a trainer. That was my dream at this job and I blew it. Don’t blow it just for trying to get what you want in a desperate situation because it’s hard for you to comply with the shift you requested. Instead avoid it by thinking it twice before you make the request because they do make very clear to you. Don’t judge or proVide negative feedback just because you are upset and you didn’t get what you wanted once again. Be great full that they have worked with you in other situations and great full that you have a job here. There is a lot ti learn and a lot to advance. Definitely I would reapply here again if I had the chance to do so.

Pros

Providing communications help for health care, insurance, beginning of life, end of life, counseling, IT. Among the highest minutes in the industry. Great record keeping, and pay is only 7 days after the close of every month. The annual training as well as recertification is paid events. Offers relative independence, after several audits, if you comply with excellence in customer service, you are pretty much on your own.

Cons

The minute rate is among the lower side among language companies. Find that while you can gain lots of successful advice from the company bulletin board, but offering advice is often better to those in authority.

Pros

Stay home. That's all. Nothing else.

Cons

Fifteen seconds to recover between stressful calls. The health insurance they offer is super expensive for the poorly paid for hours you get. It does not match. Micromanage everything, constant supervised and not a proper guidance after being pointed the errors of the week. Extreme poorly paid for the higher quality of job that they want. The company charges 3 or 4 dollars for minute, but an interpreter gets paid 15 an hour before taxes. See the difference? Days off unpaid always. Not fair. Not even during sickness, grief or personal emergencies.
