Pros

You can choose your own schedule and it's generally just an easy job. The management has an open door policy. That is to say, they're pretty open to suggestions. Open to listen that is. Try telling them you want to people able to play games while on the phones or something...No way. But another good thing about working in a call center is the fact that you can wear anything you want.

Cons

It takes a little while to get used to being on the phones and dealing with retarded people.

Pros

There’s a lot of insurance benefits I guess

Cons

You would think the customers are the most daunting and terrible part of the job but it is not. It’s not. It’s the micromanagement from higher ups. The nitpicking comments of critique come off less as critique and more of jabs to make you feel bad for not fully getting the system as fast as possible. It’s left me anxious and depressed at the thought of clocking in. Please consider working for another company.
