Pros

Market potential of the products we sell are huge (maybe not as huge as the co. would have you believe). Office culture is friendly, open and they really do make an effort to make employees comfortable in this environment. Inter-departmental transfers are welcomed by management.

Cons

Executive Leadership team is completely homogeneous and with the most recent appointment of the CEOs brother as CTO - it's now a full-on, literal joke. Company has been around for 30 years but parts of the organization are still run like the lemonade stand you opened as a kid. Case in point - benefits changeover for 2016 has been completely bungled due to procrastination of HR (benefit cards were late to be mailed and FSA is still not setup as of Feb). If people are your most valuable resource (and they preach this) - then there is absolutely no excuse for this to happen. The internal workings of the company are a mess of siloed teams with very little cross-functional coordination. Rewards program is non-existent and in the few times it does occur - it's borderline insulting.

Pros

Great people, great benefits and culture. Diversity and Inclusion was evident in their celebrations and ERGs. The people in leadership led with intention and respect.

Cons

Although it was diverse, it lacked diversity in upper leadership. No Black people at the C-suite level and none (that I was aware of) at the VP or director level.
