Pros

Will hire almost anyone Good training Very friendly environment, both management and advisors Decent bonus structure depending on campaign (most campaigns have no bonus) Knowledgeable and caring management/team leaders Lots of overtime depending on time of year (sometimes double or even triple time)

Cons

You will be paid the absolute minimum legal requirement, with only £500 a year added for each stage of progression Unpaid breaks No time to do anything in breaks Expected to turn up early to get your system started up (on minimum wage) Very strict on security even when not necessary (no financial information involved) Hard to take holidays Punitive approach taken to occasional absence/lateness Refusal to remove obviously erroneous surveys (this will cost you your bonus) Targets that contradict each other (escalation is mandatory in many cases, but you also have to keep escalation below a certain level)

We see to it to provide our employees great benefits and competitive income while following the rules and regulations set by the company. This is to ensure standards are met, sensitive data are protected and excellent customer service is provided. We'll make sure to conduct an investigation to avoid similar instances from happening again. Thank you and best regards.

Pros

Global company with contracts with many different high-profile companies. They definitely don't want to let go of people. Will try everything they can to try to get you on a position that will keep your pay if you switch contracts. I started working in an office and transitioned to a work from home position. They handled that transition for me very well, but I do feel lucky as many other employees had different experiences than me. Very inclusive team!

Cons

Fast pace environment that does not necessarily feel organized all the time. Even though I thrive in fast pace work, some contracts are managed better than others. Feels more like a temp agency than a proper workplace with so many contracts. If the company we are contracted with does not want our employees anymore, they can cut people at any time. This will trigger TP to transfer you to a new project/contract. Working in the office was quite the drama at the time. If you work in an office, best to focus on yourself and keep your head down to avoid drama.
