Pros
*Payment of wages was on time which is not a given in Greece. *Requests for time of were never refused (though the system required employees to put in requests at least a month in advance barring exceptional circumstances). *Remote working (though it needed to be from a fixed location)
Cons
*Permanent contracts are few and far between and most employees work on a fixed contract basis. *Employer is hostile to trade union formation and employees participating in it. *The bonus scheme is a moving goal post and bonuses are denied on a pre-textual basis. *Overtime is rarely paid even though it is often required in order to complete the daily tasks. *Wages are stagnant and they are do not grow even in line with inflation. *24/5 rotational shifts but it depends on the requirements of the project that you will be assigned to.
