Pros

WFH 2 days off auto approved for planned leave

Cons

-very very very very low salary/benefits even know the company earn more than 31% profit last year we only get email to keep up the good work plus extra work and stress without any extra pay -TLs OMs and OD doesnt care about the well being of the front workers -nonsense adjustments rules and reasonings -TLs OMs and OD will advised you to get someone else to handle a very very very important family emergency so that we front worker can go to work without absent -WFM are very very very very incompetent when it comes to making schedules making new schedules without prior notice -OMs are forcing us to take the unreasonable schedule and they are protecting the incompetency of the WFH very one sided peope -i have plenty to exposed and i have proofs if i said every cons or negative about this so called people 1st company the list will be more than a dictionary pages

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
