Pros

I do love this company and the people. I honestly feel that they do promote from within. I feel that there is a positive attitude for the most part. I enjoy the OM's and the TL's (most of them). I love that they recognize work and family balance and that they really do want us happy. Between the things they provide such as: Free coffee Oatmeal Popcorn Bread Peantu butter Jelly Honey Different kinds of teas Ice machines Filtered water Free game area with consoles Bean bags Pool table Ping pong table And othes! Gym Meditation room They are adding in yoga and tai chi And other things! I'm really excited 💙 Hopefully one day I'll be able to move up too. I adore reception and see how hard they work. I try to help out when I can. I also do cleanup inside and outside where the smoking area Is. They are adults though and they should clean up after themselves and not like it's someone else's job. Like I said I love this place and I love my job! I don't want to ever lose it! I want to improve and move up.

Cons

They really Don't recognize holidays I feel some of the TL's don't know much to be honest and some of them act as though you are bothering you. Some are cold towards the teammates I think some of the teammates need attitude adjustments and watch how they treat others. I think providing us with more taskUS merchandise would be nice. Many of us have asked formonths with no resolution. I do wish we got paid a bit more. Considering we don't really see our families other than in passing and that surely is difficult and can be depressing. They offer wellness, but some are scheduled on the weekends so that defeats the purpose and many of us really could use some help. Oh and the parking needs a lot of help. That part is dreadful. Some that are not in their 20's end up walking quite a distance. It's texas and its hot. Winter won't be much better. (The Matrix)

TaskUs Response

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback; we always strive for excellence so hearing what is and isn't working is greatly appreciated! In addition to the perks and benefits we offer, we strive to provide competitive compensation and 12 vacations and 12 sick leaves per year for our frontline teammates (roughly 5 weeks paid time off). We set very high standards for all our employees, especially TLs and Teammates, which is why we take the feedback we receive from our quarterly eSAT reviews very seriously. If you feel that your recommendations haven't been heard by management, I'd love to learn more about your experience. Can you email me at bryce@taskus.com? - Bryce

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
