Pros

Solid workplace as a teammate. Good culture Many members of leadership are solid and approachable.

Cons

The company this past year has implemented changes to their first level promotion position across most of it's locations. While pay and experience as a teammate are fine, if you are looking for a career opportunity you're in for a bumpy ride. The job title for the first level of promotion in the company has recently been changed from "Quality Analyst" to "Client Analyst". The job expectations are identical, but the change was made to remove the pay increase that went along with the QA promotion. As a new "Client Analyst" your workload will be increased over a normal teammate, and you will have many expectations placed on you similar to those that supervisors have. You are involved in the coaching and development of teammates across your campaign, and are actually responsible for more teammates than a supervisor normally is. All of this workload increase is met with zero compensation increase. Your compensation, if you were to ask why this is the case, is "You don't have to deal with customers any more." You are also told, if you're interested in further promotion, to take on even further responsibility to show you're ready. This amounts to the company seeing how much they can squeeze out of you at no additional pay, so they can increase profits at no additional cost. For a company that does so well at following the culture they espouse 90% of the time, this is a huge slap in the face for employees that think they have found a place to stay long term.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
