Pros

Really nothing, except for the spacious office.

Cons

Many top management people are leaving the company. 4 top people moved out of the company in last couple of months Some more to go in January. Company is losing it's Sitecore market and that's why they renamed it to Altudo. Definitely Worst company for anyone including freshers. People are made work from 12-13 hours everyday and are forced to come in the WEEKENDS too. Many senior developers and leads left this hell recently. Even they weren't paid reimbursement amount. Day light robbery....!!! Salary never comes on time, in fact you should not expect it before 10th of every month. And some times they will deduct money from your salary giving cheap excuses. Overall its the most pathetic place to work. Stay away..!!

Pros

Exposure to a group of high-profile clients with a wide variety of projects. The company places significant responsibility on individuals to deliver during client engagements.

Cons

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
