I have been able to learn so much in just 5 months by being part of eDynamic that it has helped me to groom my skills and expand my career growth and plan further. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
