Campus placement, very organised process, joining date was given within short time. Overall friendly interviewers, lots of focus on ethics and questions which test your presence of mind. Focus was on behavioral and situational questions. The interviewers were very professional in their approach.

Cons

very less engagement activities, not everyone takes part in it.

No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
