This company challenges our wits everyday and believes us to push ourselves beyond the limit, hence providing an excellent opportunity of growth and development. Not just that it makes us believe in ourselves, it successfully establishes the fact that everything can be achieved fast and easy if we are willing to do it. Everyday is an adventure where we know we will face something more existing and we will be able to overcome it.

No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
