Pros

None at all. This is a place where you would expirience Hell and you will have to pay through your nose to get out of here.

Cons

Company takes freshers for granted, treats them as bonded labour. The Company asks to fill an atrocious BOND for all freshers, do not join in any condition. Salary pay out is erratic and HR is run by a bunch of hooligans. CEO is an overambitious guy,in his absence people in senior managemnt call him immature, has no vision and future sight, major showoff. Food and staff amenities are of 3rd world standard. Job roles are not defined, extended working hours, people in senior roles enjoy autocracy, High Attrition in senior roles, so projects run without heads. In all this is a company you would join only if you have no other option and your wish is to die.

Pros

Exposure to a group of high-profile clients with a wide variety of projects. The company places significant responsibility on individuals to deliver during client engagements.

Cons

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
