Pros

Working environment is good. WFH is available at some level. Meeting with Top management is easy. Good place to learn and grow. People are friendly and professional. Employees are treated with Kindness & Dignity. Management recognize the performers and treat them with responsibility and good role. Learning and training sessions are an ongoing process here. Free Parking :-)

Cons

Performance review process is annual instead of quarterly basis.

No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
