Thank you for your feedback and this delightful review! We love to read that you have a good manager, and a good team! We’re equally jazzed to learn that you feel we have good pay. We’re disappointed to hear that you had a poor experience with onboarding and training. We have created a robust orientation that encompasses live calls with our clinical abd HR support teams, online learning curriculum, as well as in-person activities to ensure our new hires are comfortable and confident in their new role. If you have any specifics you'd like to share about what you'd like to see in our training program, we hope you'll send a message to the EmpowerMe University team. We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!

Pros

Great ALF residents and rehab teams to work with. No weekends. Small incentives. Good PTO accrual.

Cons

No paid holidays. They cut the incentives for clinic directors in half. Corporate demands a lot from us and seem to only want higher numbers no matter.

Thank you for taking time to write a review; we value and appreciate your feedback. We’re jazzed that you have great co-workers and residents at your ALF! We’re equally happy to read that you appreciate our flexible schedule, no weekends, and PTO accrual rates! We appreciate your notes about productivity rates. We know that working with seniors can bring with it certain scheduling challenges. We hope you're discussing the issue with your leaders and with our Clinical Support team; they're there to help you find solutions so you can reach your goals with minimal stress. We’re listening to learn and hear your comments about paid holidays and Clinic Director incentives. We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!
