      PTO is the good thing about this company

      This is the absolute worst place to work for. All upper management treat you like crap and you may never actually get to work from home even tho you applied for a remote position.. I have never been treated so bad at any job in my whole and I'm 47 years old so I've been working for a long time. I would recommend staying very far away from this company and all the lies they pull you in with. It's the biggest waste of time. It is definitely not a career job they will fire you in a heartbeat with absolutely no reason to back them up..

      I have nothing good to honestly say, besides some of the people on the lower end are nice. But no one seems to know anything, it’s all about just kissing Senior leaderships butts and acting like everything is going well when it’s not. We merged with them and since then they have acted like they know everything and didn’t need us or our help. They lost a lot of good employees because of this and their lack of communication. Unless you’re an OG Enablecomp employee and not from the other firm they do not care about you, your opinions or your skill set.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, hire for “culture” aka hire people who barely know what they’re doing so you can pay them less, senior leadership rarely knows what’s actually going on.
